Clark, Stewart

A well-known Clyde Corinthian, and member of the Clark family which founded the Clyde Corinthian Yacht Club. Mr. Stewart Clark was himself Com­modore of this club, and owned the celebrated cutter Vanduara. Member of the celebrated Paisley thread firm, Mr. Clark has had oppor­tunities for promoting the Corinthian spirit on the Clyde, and few families have done more for yachting. He owned the steam yacht Vanduara, 450 tons.
